Dollar prices, turnaround, and insurance caps below are from TAG's help article “What are TAG's Available Grading Services?”, which says the list is current as of September 30, 2026, and points at taggrading.com/pages/pricing. The pricing page itself did not print the dollar amounts in a way that could be copied on October 2, 2026. Base has no dollar amount in that article. TAG describes the dollar caps as built-in insurance, not explicitly as a maximum you are allowed to declare. This tool will not pick a tier whose published insurance cap is below the match value.

  • PSA Value, Value Bulk, Value Plus, and Value Max fees. All four were paused for new submissions on June 2, 2026, according to PSA's May 28, 2026 article. On October 2, 2026 the grading page showed Value Bulk and Value as unavailable, with max insured value $500, and did not print a fee. Value Plus and Value Max were not on that page. February 2026 prices are not copied in as current. Source
  • TAG Base price. The September 30, 2026 help article describes Base (and says “BASIC Orders”) at 60 business days with insurance capped at $500, but it never states a dollar price. TAG marketing says grading starts at $39.95. That starting price is not tied to Base in the help article, so it is not used. Source
  • TAG return shipping. No public return-shipping table was found on the pricing page or the services help article. Insurance up to the tier cap is described as included in the grading fee. Source
  • Inbound shipping for PSA, CGC, and TAG. You pay a carrier to mail cards to the grader. None of the three publishes a single flat inbound price. Those costs are left out of every total. Source
  • CGC return shipping as a 2026 rate. The domestic table used here was posted February 15, 2021. CGC's current shipping FAQ still points to a fee schedule and says rates can change. The January 2026 fee update did not reprint this matrix. The dollar amounts are shown with the 2021 date, not as a freshly confirmed 2026 quote. Source
  • PSA 20+ return shipping as a single total. The postage chart prints “+$0.39 per item” or “+$0.69 per item” for 20 or more cards. This tool adds that amount for each card past 19 on top of the 10–19 price. That is a reading of the cell, and the reading is labeled in the result. Source
  • Whether TAG insurance caps block a submission. TAG calls the amounts insurance caps. The help article does not say a more valuable card is refused at a lower tier. This tool still requires the cap to cover the match value so the estimate is not under-insured in silence. Source
  • A conflicting PSA Express price. The grading page checked October 2, 2026 lists Express at $199, max insured $2,500, 20–30 business days. A search snippet of the submission center showed $149 for a 20–30 day service. The grading page is the source used. $149 is not in the fee file. Source
  • Marketplace selling fees and membership discounts. eBay and TCGplayer selling fees are not included. CGC's 10% and 20% member discounts are not included. The grade a card will actually receive is your guess, not a prediction. Source

To change a number, edit the data file and follow the README. Do not type a fee you have not just read on the grader’s site.
